English paper is compulsory at the end of LHV (ii) and LHV (iii).
The diploma courses will be of two-year duration. Each course consists of two terms of duration.
In this year, all candidates irrespective of their disciplines will undergo courses designed by Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council, which includes subjects on the organization and functioning of the health system. Basic knowledge of the respective discipline will also be imparted in the first year in their respective departments.
During this year, the students will be exposed to theoretical and practical aspects of relevant disciplines. They will be attached to Ayesha General Hospital for practical training.
Nursing Examination Board Punjab is the examination body for awarding different diplomas.
Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council will issue the card after qualifying the examination.
For practical training, the Binaat-e-Ayesha School of Nursing is affiliated with Ayesha General Hospital & Dialysis Center & Chiniot General Hospital, which are 100 bedded hospitals equipped with all necessary facilities such as ECG, CTG, Ultra Sound, Clinical laboratory, and Operation Theaters, Emergency Room, Gynae Operation Theater/Ward/OPD, Eye Operation Theater, Labor room, NNU.
